Job summary

Spectrum, the home of RapidScale, is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Engagement – Risk & Resilience to lead advisory and delivery across complex enterprise pursuits. You will shape opportunities, govern scope and pricing, and drive executive engagement to ensure aligned outcomes across risk, resilience, cybersecurity, AI, and cloud domains.

You will operate across the full lifecycle from pursuit strategy to delivery oversight, bridging enterprise risk with business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of enterprise technology sales experience or equivalent combination.
Significant experience in consulting, advisory services, risk, resilience, cybersecurity, technology transformation, or related discipline.
Experience leading complex enterprise advisory engagements with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Experience shaping complex client opportunities and translating challenges into structured advisory solutions.
Experience developing and reviewing SOWs, proposals, pricing, scopes, resource models, and engagement plans.

Responsibilities

Provide senior leadership across a portfolio of Risk & Resilience pursuits and client engagements.
Lead advisory and delivery governance across opportunities, ensuring measurable client outcomes.
Lead or provide senior oversight for discovery sessions, executive workshops, and pursuit presentations.
Determine the appropriate advisory, cybersecurity, cloud, and compliance capabilities for client needs.
Ensure that sales pursuits translate into deliverable client outcomes.
Provide senior-level support for strategic client presentations and executive decisions.
