Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Strategy & Engagement Manager, Risk & Resilience, to shape and deliver a growing advisory capability. You will work with enterprise clients and internal experts across security, cloud, AI, compliance, and delivery while building the methods, tools, and IP that support RapidScale’s Risk & Resilience practice.

You will lead client workstreams, translate business and technology challenges into practical strategies, and develop scalable advisory assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; or equivalent combination.
• 6+ years experience in consulting, advisory services, risk, resilience, cybersecurity, or technology transformation.
• Experience translating complex problems into actionable recommendations and execution plans.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations, proposals, and SOWs.
• Working knowledge of enterprise risk, resilience, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, governance, or compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of interacting with executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to define and structure complex challenges across risk, resilience, cybersecurity, AI, and cloud.
• Lead advisory workstreams from discovery to recommendations and execution planning.
• Prepare and facilitate client workshops with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and leaders.
• Translate risks into priorities, roadmaps, and practical execution plans.
• Develop executive-ready client deliverables and proposals.
• Build trusted client relationships across enterprise environments.
• Develop engagement workplans and coordinate cross-functional experts.
• Identify risks, decisions, and actions; communicate them effectively.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline

6 years’ experience in a related field

Experience in consulting, advisory services, risk, resilience, cybersecurity, technology transformation

Experience structuring complex business problems

Experience leading client-facing workstreams

Experience developing executive-level presentations and proposals

Knowledge of enterprise risk, resilience, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, governance, or compliance

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
