Spectrum seeks a Senior Manager, Strategy & Engagement – Risk & Resilience to lead advisory and delivery efforts across a portfolio of enterprise engagements. You will shape pursuits, lead senior stakeholder conversations, and ensure cohesive governance across advisory, cybersecurity, and cloud initiatives.

The role requires crafting strategic client plans, translating risks into actionable investments, and guiding delivery teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of enterprise technology sales experience; alternative combos include Master’s with 6 years experience or PhD with 3 years related experience.
• Experience in consulting, advisory services, risk, resilience, cybersecurity, or technology transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across Risk & Resilience pursuits and client engagements.
• Lead shaping of complex, high-value pursuits with advisory and delivery components.
• Oversee commercial governance, pricing, scope, and engagement economics.
• Ensure delivery oversight across multiple concurrent engagements and executive readouts.
• Mentor teams and scale advisory capabilities across security, cloud, and governance.
