Job summary

Spectrum, via its RapidScale division, seeks a Senior Manager, Strategy & Engagement – Risk & Resilience to drive senior advisory, commercial, and delivery leadership across the practice. You will guide enterprise pursuits, oversee client engagements, and ensure integrated risk, resilience, cybersecurity, and cloud capabilities are aligned with business outcomes.

You will connect enterprise risk, governance, and compliance with advisory strategy, shaping scope, pricing, and delivery governance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with substantial enterprise technology sales experience and a track record in advisory services.
Experience leading complex enterprise advisory engagements across risk, resilience, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, governance, and compliance.
Strong executive communication and ability to translate business and tech risks into actionable investment strategies.

Responsibilities

Provide senior leadership across a portfolio of Risk & Resilience pursuits and client engagements.
Lead advisory strategy, scope, and governance across opportunities and delivery workstreams.
Shape complex client problems into structured advisory solutions and measurable outcomes.
Oversee commercial governance, pricing, and engagement economics to enable successful deliveries.
