Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Engagement – Risk & Resilience to lead advisory, commercial, and delivery efforts across the Risk & Resilience practice. This role shapes major enterprise pursuits, oversees client engagements, and ensures governance, with a strong emphasis on connecting enterprise risk, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, and governance into strategy and transformation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of enterprise technology sales experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Significant experience in consulting, advisory services, risk, resilience, cybersecurity, technology transformation.
• Experience leading complex enterprise consulting or advisory engagements with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Experience shaping complex client opportunities and translating ambiguous business challenges into structured advisory solutions.
• Experience developing and reviewing SOWs, proposals, pricing approaches, scopes, resource models, and engagement plans.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex issues into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across a portfolio of Risk & Resilience pursuits and client engagements.
• Lead discovery sessions, executive workshops, proposal development, and pursuit presentations.
• Oversee pricing, scope, and engagement economics across opportunities.
• Provide delivery oversight across multiple concurrent engagements and ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop repeatable offerings, methodologies, and IP to scale the practice.
• Mentor team members and coordinate expertise across security, cloud, AI, compliance, and delivery.
