Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Strategy & Business Operations Associate to join the Success Operations’ Strategic Execution team. You will partner with Relativity Success leaders, translate on-the-ground signals into an operating picture, and help turn strategy into grounded decisions through hands-on analysis and execution.

In this role you will support prioritization across cross-functional work, contribute to executive reporting, and help shape annual planning.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in strategy, ops, consulting, or customer success operations in SaaS/tech.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience owning decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Proven capacity to manage a heavy workload with disciplined prioritization.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills; fluent in AI-enabled ops.
• Bonus: SaaS, legal tech, or e-discovery exposure; AI transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to Success leadership, supporting planning and execution of the department's operating rhythm.
• Partner with Relativity Success teams to translate ground intelligence into prioritization and reporting.
• Support cross-team prioritization, assess dependencies, surface conflicts, and align sequencing with goals.
• Stay close to in-flight work to ensure reporting reflects a complete picture.
• Recommend actions with cross-team dependencies, risks, and AI maturity signals attached.
• Contribute to executive reporting and annual planning with current intelligence on adoption and dynamics.
