Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, headquartered in Bellevue, WA, seeks a Manager, Partner Sales to lead a team driving revenue growth across strategic technology partners. You will establish coverage, allocate goals, inspect pipeline performance, and ensure sellers have insights, offers, and deal support to increase partner effectiveness.

Success requires a structured, data-driven leader who can develop quota-carrying sellers, improve operational consistency, and deliver revenue through partner sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of sales, partner, or business leadership with people management.
• Experience leading quota-carrying sales professionals and partner programs.
• Proven revenue growth through partner organizations and multi-partner portfolios.
• Knowledge of deal registration, pricing, incentives, and reseller/alliances.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of partner sellers for a portfolio of strategic technology partners.
• Own portfolio revenue, YoY growth, pipeline coverage, and team attainment.
• Set performance expectations, development plans, onboarding, and coaching cadence.
• Allocate goals/resources across partners based on opportunity and priorities.
• Develop coverage models to improve seller productivity and partner revenue.
• Lead weekly pipeline reviews and monthly business reviews with stakeholders.
