Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Senior Strategy & Business Operations Manager to shape and drive strategic initiatives across the company. You will partner with Commercial Strategy, Operations, Finance and Regulatory & Compliance to translate strategy into execution and ensure priorities are delivered.

You will lead end-to-end strategy projects, drive company-wide planning rhythms, and develop leadership materials to enable senior leaders to make fast, informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience across Strategy, Business operations, Corporate Development or related roles.
• Strategic operator, able to connect high-level strategy with detailed execution.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy projects informing decisions through deep-dives and market intelligence.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Adyen (Commercial, Operations, etc.).
• Design and implement company-wide strategic planning, priorities and goal setting.
• Drive business operations rhythm through reviews and structured problem-solving.
• Develop leadership narratives and board materials to enable quick decision-making.
