Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager for Digital Content, Media & Communications in New York or San Francisco. You will drive the vertical’s long-term strategy and overall performance, ensuring health and growth by identifying where, with whom, and how to win in the market.

You will partner with the Head of Digital Content to shape the commercial strategy, work with Product on pricing and packaging, and champion customer insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Digital Content or related industries.
• Customer-centric at core and passionate about the Digital Content space.
• Ability to develop winning strategies in the vertical and tackle blockers.
• Experience and passion for GTM strategy & execution.
• Ability to turn customer feedback into data-driven business cases that inform decisions.
• Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and at industry events.
• Able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to travel up to 25% of the time, including internationally.
• Role is based in San Francisco or New York City; office-first, no remote-only roles.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Drive health and performance of the Digital Content, Media & Communications vertical.
• Define and execute the global commercial strategy for the vertical to win with merchants.
• Be the SME for the vertical and champion internal initiatives.
• Analyze vertical-specific customer behavior to identify product and service innovations.
• Voice of customer to Product to inform prioritization and pricing strategies.
• Develop and maintain customer segmentation for revenue growth and market expansion.
• Inform Adyen strategies with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
