Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, or related analytics role with success.
• 3+ years in account management, customer success, or similar role.
• 2+ years in a team lead or supervisory role developing teams.
• Excellent analytical/problem-solving and data-to-insights ability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence across levels.
• Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and data tools (Excel, Looker).
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset focused on customer value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account management strategy and programs.
• Improve customer journey and drive efficiency across processes.
• Partner with leadership on projects and off-sites.
• Lead and coach a small team of managers.
• Establish KPIs and revenue forecasting with Finance.
