Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a Director of Strategic Operations or similar role.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving internal and external groups and executive stakeholders.
• Executive presence and ability to constructively challenge senior leaders while maintaining trust.
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and documentation skills.
• Experience communicating directly with senior leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; trackers and decision logs.
• Fluency with AI tools for research, analysis, and content development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of concurrent strategic initiatives spanning near term execution to long-term planning.
• Lead end-to-end negotiation and launch of strategic partnerships, coordinating internal and external teams.
• Build and maintain the central project plan, timeline, and decision log.
• Prepare agendas for leadership meetings and surface priorities.
• Translate research and analysis into executive-ready presentation materials.
• Maintain living documentation with rigorous version control and audit trails.
