Job summary

Datavant is seeking a Strategy & Operations leader to drive cross-functional, high-impact initiatives from strategy through execution. You’ll partner with senior leaders to shape operating models, playbooks, and reviews as the business scales, while delivering structured analyses and executive-ready recommendations.

You will own complex programs end to end, align stakeholders across functions, and foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or program management.
Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and manage cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication; experience with executive-facing presentations.
Strong stakeholder management; ability to influence without authority with senior leaders.
Comfort with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides; interested in using AI tools to improve work.

Responsibilities

Take broad, ambiguous business problems and bring structure: define the question, develop the approach, and drive toward clear recommendations.
Develop and refine strategies, operating models, and playbooks to scale the business.
Prepare executive-ready materials and recommendations, including reviews and leadership updates.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives end to end, with work plans, timelines, risk tracking, and alignment.
Own key business rhythms, including business reviews, leadership forums, and team development initiatives.
