Coinbase is seeking a Business Operations Senior Associate in the Institutional group to partner with senior leadership. You will structure complex problems, build quantitative models, and translate data into executive-ready recommendations shaping product and segment strategy.

You will own end-to-end workstreams, design experiments, and strengthen practices by improving processes and tooling, collaborating with product, sales, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 5 years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate or product strategy.
• Proven ability to build quantitative models and business cases.
• Familiar with institutional finance, capital markets, or crypto assets.

Responsibilities

• Structure strategic problems for Coinbase leadership and back findings with data.
• Build business cases and financial models to inform strategy.
• Understand competitive positioning and evolving crypto landscape.
• Design experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Own problems end-to-end from framing to implementation.
• Improve processes, frameworks, and operational tooling.
