Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Business Operations Senior Associate in the Institutional group to partner with senior leadership on high-priority strategic and operational challenges. You will work with Institutional product and sales leaders, structuring problems, building quantitative models, and translating data into executive recommendations that shape product and segment strategy.

You will own end-to-end work, design experiments, and sharpen strategy through benchmarking and analyses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product strategy.
• Ability to build quantitative models and business cases.
• Familiarity with institutional finance, capital markets, or crypto markets.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders in fast-moving environments.
• Exposure to SQL and BI tools is a plus.
• Responsible use of AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex strategic problems for Coinbase's leadership with data-backed recommendations.
• Build business cases and financial models to inform strategy.
• Develop understanding of competitive positioning in crypto markets.
• Design experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Own problems end-to-end from framing to implementation.
• Improve processes, frameworks, and operational tooling.
