Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a strategic leader to structure complex problems for the leadership team, backed by data and quantitative modeling. You will build business cases and financial models that identify opportunities and inform Institutional product and go-to-market strategy, while developing a deep understanding of competitive positioning in crypto.

Own problems end-to-end from framing to implementation, design experiments to validate hypotheses, and drive measurable improvements in workflow

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy roles with ownership of end-to-end workstreams.
• Ability to build quantitative models and business cases that influence executive decisions.
• Familiarity with institutional finance, capital markets, or crypto markets.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems for Coinbase's leadership team and develop actionable recommendations backed by data.
• Build business cases and financial models that identify opportunities and inform Institutional product/go-to-market strategy.
• Develop understanding of competitive positioning and crypto landscape to sharpen strategic recommendations.
• Design and implement experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact on Institutional products.
• Own problems end-to-end from framing to implementation, not just the slide deck.
• Strengthen team capabilities by improving processes, frameworks, and tooling.
