Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Business Operations Senior Associate to join the Institutional team on a remote basis in the USA. You will partner with senior leadership to tackle high-priority strategic and operational challenges in crypto markets, building quantitative models and data-driven recommendations.

You'll own end-to-end analyses, develop business cases, benchmark against peers, and design experiments that validate hypotheses and drive measurable improvements across products and go-to-market

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product strategy with end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to build quantitative models and business cases that influence leadership decisions.
• Familiarity with institutional finance, capital markets, or crypto/digital assets markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems for leadership with data-backed recommendations.
• Build business cases and financial models to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
• Understand competitive positioning and peer benchmarks in crypto markets.
• Design experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact on Institutional products.
• Own problems end-to-end from framing to implementation.
• Improve processes, frameworks, and operational tooling.
