Job summary

Stripe is seeking a senior Strategy & Operations professional for its Infra group in the United States. You will partner with Infrastructure leadership to craft long-term strategy, financial models, and operating plans while driving data-driven decisions that scale our platform.

You’ll translate complex system performance trends into actionable requirements and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and velocity.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategy & operations, data science, finance, product management, or similar roles at technology companies.
• Experience working in highly cross functional settings spanning strategy, analysis and operations in fast-paced environments.
• First-principles thinking and ability to focus on the most important questions.
• Passion for digging into data and problem solving.
• Experience in data analytics with large data sets and SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leaders across teams.
• Ability to influence without authority in ambiguous contexts.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term strategic vision with Infrastructure leadership and build annual operating plans.
• Maintain a pulse on financial health/cost of Infrastructure and surface opportunities.
• Build and own models for in-depth analyses and benchmark metrics to inform strategy.
• Obsess over infrastructure efficiency metrics and drive initiatives to improve them.
• Support cross-functional execution across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and support.
• Design and implement dashboards, planning forums, and decision workflows to scale the group.
