Job summary

Stripe in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Enterprise Strategy and Operations professional to scale our Enterprise business. You will build the infrastructure, processes, and operating muscle to help the team grow, working across product, sales, marketing, and support.

The role requires 7+ years in strategy, operations, or product strategy at tech companies, strong program management, and outstanding communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy and operations, product strategy, or similar roles at technology companies.
• Critical thinking and first-principles thinking, ability to question how we work.
• Strong program management with end-to-end execution and measurable business impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leaders across partnerships, product, engineering, and sales.
• Thrives in influence without authority, executes with minimal guidance in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-cutting strategy projects and collaborate with teams to implement changes.
• Partner with multiple stakeholders across Enterprise and other Stripe teams to align priorities.
• Partner directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to accelerate progress and incubate new programs.
• Establish new operating models with cross-functional teams, focusing on roadmap development and context alignment.
• Coordinate annual and long-range planning across teams contributing to the Enterprise segment and drive alignment with partner teams.
• Drive projects, timelines, and commitments on internal projects and customer deliverables.
