Stripe is seeking an Enterprise Strategy and Operations professional to build infrastructure and processes that scale the Enterprise business. You will work across product, marketing, sales, and support to implement initiatives and drive cross-functional alignment.

The role focuses on establishing operating models, roadmaps, and long-range planning with senior leaders, ensuring cohesive execution across Stripe’s Enterprise initiatives and partnerships.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in strategy and operations, product strategy, product management, or similar roles at technology companies.
• Strong program management skills with end-to-end execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across leadership teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and drive alignment without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-cutting company strategy projects and collaborate with teams to implement changes.
• Partner with multiple stakeholders across Enterprise and other Stripe teams to align on optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to accelerate progress and incubate new programs.
• Establish new operating models with cross-functional teams focusing on roadmaps and context alignment.
• Coordinate planning efforts across teams contributing to the Enterprise segment and ensure cohesive approaches.
• Drive projects, timelines, and commitments on internal projects and customer deliverables.
