Job summary

Stripe is seeking a senior operator and systems thinker to join the Central Strategy and Operations team. This build role owns planning processes, operating rhythms, information architecture, and cross-functional systems to enable faster, clearer decision-making as Stripe scales.

You’ll work across senior leaders and partner teams to design, run, and improve operational systems that connect strategy to execution. This is not a PM role—it's end-to-end ownership of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in operational roles at high-growth tech companies.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Run planning and annual planning processes for Stripe; improve workflows.
• Build and scale central operations infrastructure with automation.
• Translate strategy into actionable operating forums and follow-through.
• Drive continuous operational improvement across leadership and teams.
