Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategy & operations, data science, finance, product management, or similar roles at technology companies.
• Experience working in highly cross functional settings, spanning strategy, analysis, and operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical and first principles thinking with ability to zoom out to key questions.
• Passion for digging into data and problem solving.
• Experience in data analytics with demonstrated ability in navigating large data sets and/or SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leaders across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and operate with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term strategic vision and build annual operating plans aligned with Stripe's strategy.
• Maintain a pulse on infrastructure costs and relevant trends; surface opportunities or concerns.
• Build and own models for in-depth analyses and benchmark key metrics to inform growth decisions.
• Focus on infrastructure efficiency metrics; drive initiatives to move the needle.
• Support cross-functional execution across priority projects; align product, engineering, marketing, sales, and support.
• Design and implement dashboards, planning forums, and workflows to scale the infrastructure group.
