Freshworks in San Mateo, CA is seeking a Senior Manager to join our global Corporate Strategy team. This high-impact role partners with Strategy leadership and senior executives on AI, product strategy, pricing, and market expansion, turning analysis into action.

You’ll own high-priority initiatives, build financial models and business cases, and translate strategy into executable plans with Board-level narratives. This role offers executive exposure and a path to real strategic ownership.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with SaaS or enterprise software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority strategic initiatives from initial question through recommendation and execution.
• Tackle ambiguous company-level problems, develop hypotheses, and create the analytical frameworks needed to answer them.
• Evaluate growth opportunities across AI, product, GTM, pricing, market expansion, and strategic investments.
• Build business cases, financial models, market assessments, and scenario analyses that inform investment and resource allocation decisions.
• Partner directly with senior leaders across Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations to shape decisions and drive alignment.
• Translate strategy into actionable plans and stay close to execution to understand what is working and where we need to adjust.
• Develop executive and Board-level narratives that distill complex analysis into clear choices and recommendations.
• Bring an outside-in perspective on the SaaS and AI landscape and help identify the strategic questions Freshworks should be asking next.
