Job summary

People Stretch Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager/Director to own end-to-end client engagements in strategy and AI governance. You will partner with the Founder to shape work, run engagements independently, and present to senior stakeholders.

This hands-on role sits between senior manager and director, offering ownership, range, and opportunities to expand into AI strategy and governance services as the firm scales.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or advisory roles with independent engagements.
• Strong strategy development and executive facilitation skills.
• Working knowledge of generative AI and AI governance concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving, structured thinking, and executive-style writing/presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client strategy and strategic-planning engagements from scoping to delivery and final recommendations.
• Facilitate planning cycles with executive teams, translating vision into measurable roadmaps.
• Conduct research, financial/operational analysis, and produce decision-ready deliverables and decks.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client leadership, managing scope, timelines, and expectations.
