Job summary

AI Digital is seeking a seasoned Proposal & RFP Lead to independently drive RFI/RFP development and shape strategic narratives for major opportunities. You will partner with Growth, Planning, and Client Services to craft proactive recommendations that align with client objectives and growth initiatives.

You will conduct in-depth industry research and translate insights into compelling visual materials, while advancing AI-enabled processes to improve team efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in media, advertising, strategy, planning, programmatic, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead RFP/RFI development and manage complex strategic projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong understanding of digital media, programmatic advertising, audience strategy, and omnichannel campaign planning.
• Excellent research, analytical, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into compelling strategic narratives.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides, with a high standard for quality and presentation design.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across Strategy, Planning, Growth, and Client Services, plus curiosity around AI tools and low-code/ automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFI/RFP development for major opportunities, owning the narrative, structure, and strategic rationale with autonomy.
• Serve as a strategic resource for Growth and designated accounts, developing proactive recommendations.
• Conduct comprehensive industry, audience, category, and market research to inform decisions and client materials.
• Improve strategy workflows, reusable materials, templates, and AI-enabled processes for team efficiency.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations for client pitches, QBRs, and priority requests in collaboration with Strategy, Planning, Growth, and Client Services.
