H. T. PROF Group seeks a Digital Transformation Consultant to lead RFP strategy and elevate proposal quality across growth initiatives. You will own the end-to-end proposal process, ensure differentiation, and align responses with market needs.

The ideal candidate brings senior-level expertise in RFP strategy, capture management, and sales enablement, partnering with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to drive consistent wins.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in pre-sales, enterprise discovery, or complex solution software consulting (ECM preferred).
• Experience managing RFP cycles and enterprise buying dynamics.
• Sales nuance and/or strong program management instincts.
• Ability to guide stakeholders toward best-practice adoption.
• Executive-level communication and presence.

Responsibilities

• Join engagements during RFP response, pre-sales demos, and discovery phases.
• Shape the narrative around productized solutions and best practices.
• Guide executive stakeholders from 'custom ask' thinking to scalable adoption.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams
• This role remains involved through solution alignment and scoping but does not own system configuration.
