Job summary

GEICO seeks a Senior Strategist for Account Development in Personal Lines to lead strategic planning and campaigns that grow agent engagement and profitability. You will design experiences, content, and tools for our independent agent network and partner with leaders across product and sales.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in marketing/communications or sales strategy, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and a proven ability to translate strategy into measurable results.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a marketing, communications or sales strategist.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven track record translating sales strategy into results.

Responsibilities

Liaise with Personal Lines product, sales and platform leadership to identify opportunities to boost production and profitability.
Plan, build, deploy, measure, and iterate on campaigns to drive awareness and profitable growth.
Own account development for 60% of agents without a dedicated Personal Lines sales rep.
Design and manage processes and programming leveraging campaign learnings for broad reach.
Support Sales Enablement with agent tools, decks, collateral, webinars, templates.
Identify opportunities to continuously improve results and strengthen agent experience.
