Job summary

GEICO seeks a Senior Strategist, Account Development (Personal Lines) to drive growth for independent agents and improve profitability across the network. You will design and deploy campaigns, measure impact, and own development for a large portion of agents without a dedicated sales resource.

You will partner with product, sales and executives to deliver scalable programs, tools, and content that enhance agent engagement and effectiveness nationwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a marketing, communications or sales strategist.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of translating sales strategy into results.
• Executive communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders across HQ to regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with product, sales and leadership to identify opportunities to boost production and profitability.
• Plan, build, deploy, measure and iterate on campaigns to drive product awareness and growth for Personal Lines across all agency deployments.
• Own account development (growth/profitability) for 60% of agents without a dedicated Personal Lines sales rep.
• Design and manage processes and programming that leverage campaign learnings to advance phone and field account development.
• Support Sales Enablement with agent-facing tools and content such as decks, templates, videos and webinars.
