#paid seeks a senior Strategist to own end-to-end creative strategy from discovery to post-sale insights. You will shape pitches, craft data-backed proposals, and guide campaigns across creators, media, and measurement.

You’ll build investments, set KPIs, and translate market changes into sharper client-ready solutions. A strong deck craft and client-facing skills are essential in this role.

Formación

• 5+ years in strategy, creative, social, or creator marketing.
• Fluency across five platforms for strategy & social.
• Hands-on paid social planning and measurement experience.
• Comfort presenting to clients; range across categories and briefs.
• Preferred: experience presenting to senior brand marketers.

Responsabilidades

• Own the core insight and creative idea, plus the integrated plan behind it: creators, media and distribution, and measurement.
• Build proposals and RFP responses with a clear, data-backed case for #paid.
• Set the creator mix for scale across micro, niche, and macro creators.
• Build the investment plan: budget across organic content, usage rights, and paid amplification; set channel mix.
• Define KPIs and benchmarks up front, optimize in flight, and turn results into renewal stories.
• Stay involved post-sale with creator briefs and content direction; strategic QA.
• Keep ahead of market changes and translate them into sharper proposals.
• Contribute to proactive packages and first-to-market moments.
• Cover the whole creator-campaign lifecycle from pre-sale ideation to post-campaign insights.
