Job summary

#paid, a creator marketplace, is seeking a Strategist to own end-to-end campaigns from discovery to renewal. You’ll craft winning ideas, assemble proposals, and manage creator mix, budget, and measurement across paid and organic channels.

You’ll build data-backed strategies, set KPIs, defend budgets, and translate market shifts into sharper proposals. This role demands strong deck craft, client-facing skills, and cross-functional decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy, creative, social, or creator marketing on agency or platform side.
• Fluent in deck craft and strong narrative presentation.
• Hands-on paid social planning and measurement experience.
• Comfort presenting to clients with range across categories and briefs.
• Preferred: experience presenting to senior brand marketers.

Responsibilities

• Own the core insight and creative idea, plus the integrated plan behind it.
• Build proposals and RFP responses with a clear, data-backed case for #paid.
• Set the creator mix: scale with micro and niche creators, macro names, and hybrids.
• Build the investment plan, budget across organic content, usage rights and paid amplification.
• Define KPIs and benchmarks up front, optimize in flight, renewals.
• Stay involved post-sale with creator briefs and content direction.
• Stay ahead of market changes and translate them into sharper proposals.
• Contribute to proactive packages and first-to-market moments.
• Cover the full lifecycle from pre-sale ideation through post-campaign insights.
