Job summary

#paid is seeking an experienced Strategist to own end-to-end creator strategy for enterprise accounts. You’ll shape ideas that win pitches, guide pre- to post-sale strategy, and ensure campaigns ship, perform, and renew. You’ll lead measurement plans with cross-functional partners and set quality standards for decks and briefs.

The role emphasizes creator mix, budget planning, and market-aware proposal work, with mentorship of Senior Strategists and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in brand, creative, social, or creator strategy with a portfolio of ideas that shipped and performed.
• Proven track record of winning pitches with integrated plans.
• Strong writing and presentation skills, credibility with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the core insight and creative idea with the integrated plan (creators, media, distribution, measurement).
• Build proposals and RFP responses with a data-backed case for #paid.
• Lead strategy on priority enterprise accounts and partner with client teams; act as strategic counterpart in meetings.
