You will own creative strategy, develop testing frameworks, collaborate with Creative Directors, Media Buyers, and Copywriters, and mentor junior strategists while elevating the team's capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Creative Strategy or related field.
• Proven ability to develop and scale campaigns for DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and direct response strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy & campaign direction for multiple brands.
• Develop testing roadmaps and hypotheses based on data and insights.
• Turn performance data into actionable strategic recommendations.
• Mentor junior strategists and elevate team practices.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Media Buyers, Copywriters, Producers, and Editors.
