115 Ventures LLC is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to turn research, market insights and performance data into winning paid-social ads. You will own the creative strategy cycle from research and concept development through briefing, production feedback, performance analysis and iteration.

This role goes beyond scriptwriting; you will turn insights into stronger creative, own testing hypotheses, and collaborate with editors, designers and media buyers to drive measurable ad performance for

Qualifications

• Five years in creative strategy or direct-response advertising.
• Three years owning creative strategy for DTC/e-commerce.
• Proven track record with paid-social ads.
• Extensive Meta advertising experience and high-volume testing.
• Portfolio with scripts, briefs and finished ads.
• Experience collaborating with editors, designers and media buyers.
• Mentoring other strategists preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer, product, competitor, and market research.
• Identify desires, problems, objections, and buying motivations.
• Develop creative angles, hooks, concepts, and testing hypotheses.
• Write direct-response scripts and briefs.
• Maintain a pipeline of new concepts and iterations.
• Provide clear feedback to editors and designers.
• Analyze ad performance and spot winning patterns.
• Turn findings into stronger concepts.
• Document tests, results and learnings.
• Collaborate with media buyers and leadership.
• Own creative performance for assigned brands.
