115 Ventures LLC is seeking a commercially minded Senior Creative Strategist to turn customer research, market insights and performance data into winning paid-social ads. You will own the creative strategy cycle—from research and concept development through briefing, production feedback, performance analysis and iteration.

This role emphasizes understanding why ads win or fail and turning insights into better creative.

Responsibilities

• Conducting customer, product, competitor and market research
• Identifying customer desires, problems, objections and buying motivations
• Developing creative angles, hooks, concepts and testing hypotheses
• Writing direct-response scripts and production-ready briefs
• Maintaining a consistent pipeline of new concepts and iterations
• Providing clear, actionable feedback to editors and designers
• Analyzing ad performance and identifying winning patterns
• Turning performance findings into stronger concepts
