Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years with an advanced degree.
• MBA, graduate degree, or equivalent practical experience in a technical, quantitative, or business field.
• 10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, sales operations, or equivalent experience in a technology/media company.
• Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
• Ability to understand and articulate the “big picture" to executive teams, while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details.
• Outstanding program management with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Distinctive problem-solving, analytical and communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate complex meetings with executives and partner across multiple functions in an organization.

Responsibilities

• Translate organizational strategy and OKRs into actionable plans, applying a deep understanding of how the GTM organization functions to drive Google's broader business goals.
• Identify strategic opportunities and operational bottlenecks across the organization, developing and executing targeted solutions to address them.
• Design and run the core operating rhythm and decision forums for GBO & GTM leadership, prioritizing topics that drive growth, foster a high-performance culture, and accelerate executive decision-making.
• Build deep trust across GTM leadership to drive alignment on key strategic decisions. Act as a critical sounding board to identify focus areas, contextualize proposals, and bring the broader organization along on the journey.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (e.g., POps, Marketing, Comms, Strategy & Ops, Sales) to orchestrate and deliver a holistic, unified business strategy.
