Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Sr. Project Manager of Strategic Planning and Business Development in Boston to lead complex analytics and business planning efforts. The role supports enterprise strategy, market analysis, and regulatory reporting to inform leadership decisions.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years in healthcare planning, strong data skills (SQL/Tableau) and excellent communication. On-site collaboration with multiple departments is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive business planning and quantitative data analytics experience.
• Experience in strategic planning, finance or service line operations.
• Strong project management with multi-stakeholder analytics and decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; presenting to in-person and virtual audiences is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on macro trends, competitors and new entrants; translate into insights for BILH.
• Collaborate with SPBD and business units to drive enterprise strategy execution.
• Analyze strategic, financial and operational issues in the Business Planning process.
• Assist with DoN applications and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with IT to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
