Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Senior Strategic Analytics Manager to advise Pharmacy leadership and systemwide executives, shaping data‑driven strategy and translating complex data into actionable guidance for performance, clinical initiatives, and operations.

You will design scalable data models, dashboards, and decision‑support tools within the EHR, collaborating with IT, analytics, and clinical teams to improve medication workflows, safety, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytics, data modeling, financial modeling, and strategic analysis.
Experience working with healthcare data systems and electronic health records.
Proven ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support enterprise initiatives and strategic decision-making.
Conduct analyses integrating clinical performance, operational metrics, financial outcomes, and market trends to inform planning.
Develop business cases, financial models, and executive presentations translating findings into actionable recommendations.
