Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) is part of Beth Israel Lahey Health and seeks an experienced analytics and project management professional. The role supports major projects to improve practices, processes and systems across the medical center.

The position reports to the BIDMC management team and requires leadership in project planning, data analysis, and stakeholder communications to drive strategic initiatives and budget planning.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5–8 years related work experience required in Program and/or Project Management.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access) and other web-based applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership in developing and implementing multiple large and smaller complex projects simultaneously.
• Works with the leadership team to develop proposals for operational and process improvement projects related to service excellence, patient safety, clinical compliance, and operations improvement.
• Ensures appropriate project prioritization and resource requests; ensures programs/projects are delivered on time, within budget, to meet strategic needs.
• Develops project work plans including stakeholders, deliverables, timelines and required resources.
• Designs data collection methods and analyses to monitor KPIs and outcomes over time.
• Interprets and reports data to diverse audiences to support business planning decisions and budget processes.
