Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) seeks a Senior Strategic Analytics Manager to partner with pharmacy leadership and systemwide executives, translating clinical, operational, and financial data into actionable insights that guide strategy and improve patient care.

You will design scalable data models, dashboards, and decision-support tools within the EHR and analytics platforms, mentor teams, and drive data governance while advancing quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

PharmD or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required.
Active pharmacist license required.
Minimum 5 years of healthcare analytics, data science, informatics, consulting, or strategic analysis.
Experience with healthcare data systems and EHRs.
Strong initiative to translate data into executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced data models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Perform analyses integrating clinical, operational, and financial metrics.
Build business cases, financial models, and leadership presentations.
Partner with data engineering, IT, and analytics teams to scale data pipelines.
Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability across systems.
Collaborate to optimize medication-related workflows within the EHR.
Monitor informatics initiatives and assess impact on outcomes.
Communicate complex concepts to executives and clinical leaders.
