Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or similar field.
• Master’s degree in business or health administration highly desirable.
• 5-7 years of progressive business planning and quantitative data analytic experience.
• Established knowledge of healthcare planning, finance or service line operations.
• Experience with data analysis and presenting to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and industry research and translate insights for BILH.
• Support enterprise strategy execution and local/divisional strategy projects.
• Perform advanced analyses and draft recommended strategies for decision-making.
• Develop market data systems and analyses using tools like Sg2, CHIA/BISM, Doctivity, NRC, MHA reports, EMMA, NHHA.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure data quality and provide information to leadership.
• Assist AVP/Directors with DoN applications and regulatory reporting.
• Present business opportunities to senior leadership.
