Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of related work experience in consulting, PM, performance improvement, or clinical ops.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, synthesize data, and present clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and evaluation of high-priority initiatives through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Manage multi-workstream projects, develop workplans, identify interdependencies, and keep teams on time and budget.
• Oversee project plans and analytic efforts; support training in project management methods.
• Develop financial models with Finance and other stakeholders to evaluate impact of initiatives.
• Present findings in written, visual, and oral formats to diverse audiences within the system.
