Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a seasoned VP of Finance Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise financial planning, performance management, and analytics across the health system. Reporting to the CFO, this role shapes long-range financial strategy and supports strategic decision making.

You will oversee annual budgets, rolling forecasts, service line profitability, capital planning, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
MBA, CPA, MHA, or other relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.
Minimum ten years of healthcare finance experience, with at least five in senior leadership in a large integrated system.
Experience leading enterprise FP&A, mergers, acquisitions, and strategic planning preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise financial planning activities, including budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts.
Provide executive-level financial insights and reporting for decision-making.
Drive service line profitability analyses and ROI evaluations.
Oversee capital planning, financial modeling, and benchmarking across the system.
Partner with CFO and leadership to communicate performance to the Board.
