Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Senior Strategic Analytics Manager to guide analytics strategy across the Pharmacy leadership and systemwide executives. You will lead advanced analytics, data infrastructure, and informatics to enable data-driven decisions across clinical, operational, and financial domains.

The role collaborates with pharmacy leadership, IT, and analytics teams to translate business needs into measurable performance metrics and data-enabled initiatives for long-term growth

Qualifications

PharmD or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required.
Active pharmacist license required.
Minimum 5 years of healthcare analytics, data science, informatics, consulting, or strategic analysis experience.
Expertise in advanced analytics, data modeling, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools for enterprise initiatives.
Analyze clinical, operational, and financial data to inform strategic planning.
Develop business cases, financial models, and executive-level presentations.
Partner with data engineering, IT, and analytics teams to build scalable data pipelines.
