Job summary

EarnIn in Mountain View is seeking a Senior Operations and Strategy Manager. You will shape business strategy, oversee customer insights, go-to-market, and operations, and drive AI-enabled workflows that scale with the business.

You’ll act as an early general manager, defining strategy, breaking goals into executable work, and collaborating with product, sales, and finance to drive growth. This hybrid role requires in-office work two days per week in Mountain View.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in Strategy and Operations, Consulting, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, and/or Partnerships.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools or agentic workflows to automate or improve business operations, such as GTM, sales, or customer success work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GMs to define the vision and own this opportunity with product, sales, operations, business development, finance, and other teams.
• Develop the roadmap and key proof points for B2B initiatives with a small cross-functional team.
• Experiment quickly to drive go-to-market and customer adoption, turning learnings into scalable playbooks.
• Identify manual work in B2B go-to-market and operations and partner with engineering to build agentic workflows.
• Take AI pilots from experiment to production by turning successful pilots into playbooks and templates.
• Make pilots sustainable so the next team can run them without starting over.
• Create pitch decks and sales content with BD, sales, and account management to generate new business opportunities.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics and provide updates to senior leadership.
