Initiative in New York is seeking a Senior Group Strategy Director to shape the strategic direction brands take in communications to achieve business goals. You will translate goals into clear tasks for the team and lead with insight-driven, culturally informed strategies.

You will train and guide Strategy & Client teams, partner with Analytics and Design, and drive growth through innovative planning and strategic frameworks.

• Interest in healthcare and understanding patient/doctor journeys.
• Experience collaborating with media planning teams.
• Experience mentoring junior strategy talent.
