Job summary

Initiative is seeking a Group Strategy Director to shape the strategic direction of brand communications to achieve business goals. You will synthesize cultural, consumer, and market intelligence to craft holistic plans and inspire teams across Analytics, Design, and Client services.

You will lead with curiosity about culture and people, guide senior and junior strategists, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver executable, on-brand platforms with potential for growth and recognition.

Qualifications

• Ability to think differently: creative & adaptive, entrepreneurial, independently-minded; deeply immersed in cultural understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experienced presenter and storyteller.
• An interest in healthcare and learning more about patient and doctor experience, and how communications can augment their journeys to care.
• Experience working in/collaborating with a media planning team (either internally or in a partner agency).
• Experience in managing and developing junior strategy talent.
