Initiative seeks a Group Strategy Director to shape the strategic direction and holistic communications plan for brands. You will lead cultural, consumer, and market insights, guiding the Strategy Team and collaborating across Analytics, Design, and Client teams to deliver high-quality, insight-driven work.

You will mentor junior strategists, present effectively, and relentlessly pursue new thinking, ensuring plans are grounded in genuine business understanding and insight.

Qualifications

• Think differently with cultural understanding and curiosity about motivations and behaviors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experienced presenter and storyteller.
• Interest in healthcare and patient/doctor journeys in communications.
• Experience collaborating with a media planning team.
• Experience managing and developing junior strategy talent.

Responsabilités

• Translate the client’s business goals into communications tasks with clear direction.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and understand client challenges.
• Ensure the teams deliver best in class work.
• Proactively identify strategic issues and provide analytical input.
• Guide strategic input for plans internally and externally.
• Bring fresh thinking into the Strategic Process and collaboration with other teams.
• Develop and use Cultural Analytical Process/Tools for insights.
• Deliver executable, on-brand platforms with potential for fame/awards.
• Train and assist teams in development and packaging of ideas.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research to develop consumer insights.
• Collaborate with Analytics Strategy to develop POVs on research and measurement.
• Contribute to revenue opportunities via strategic output.
• Work with partners to unlock growth opportunities.
• Participate in new business as required.
