Initiative, part of IPG Mediabrands, seeks a Strategy Director to shape the strategic direction of brands and deliver holistic communications plans. You will advise clients, lead with creative and analytical thinking, and guide teams to craft award-winning work that reframes how media supports brand goals.

Your work drives client success, elevates the agency’s strategic practice, and strengthens the integration between insight, planning, and execution across markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in integrated planning role in media, creative, innovation or communications.
• Deep cultural understanding and ability to interpret consumer motivations and behaviors in a shifting landscape.

Responsabilités

• Maintain excellent client relationships and understand clients’ key business challenges.
• Be a valuable contributor in client meetings with the ability to challenge others’ opinions.
• Deliver innovative thinking that inspires leading-edge solutions and award-winning work.
• Equip the client team with knowledge to articulate the strategic direction confidently.
• Lead Infinity Planning for the team and client base.
• Write cohesive communications architectures that guide brand play in culture.
• Collaborate with partners to contribute to client work and new tools/research.
