Qualifications

• 15+ years blending integrated marketing strategy with financial services leadership.
• Experience packaging integrated campaigns with top-tier YouTuber, streaming platform, or premium content publisher.
• Product-marketing experience with co-branded financial products.
• Working knowledge of financial marketing regulations and collaboration with legal/compliance teams.
• Ability to contribute in client marketing planning and in creative brainstorms.

Responsibilities

• Develop the pre-sale deliverable for each integration, including concept doc and pitch deck.
• Map KPIs and measurement architecture to client objectives.
• Align client business goals with MrBeast content architecture and brand voice.
• Lead KPI-to-asset mapping for unaided awareness, consideration, app downloads, and account openings.
• Collaborate with Creative Lead on feasibility, production complexity, and brand fit.
• Architect acquisition-and-retention narratives in every proposal.
• Ensure compliance with banking disclosures and regulatory constraints in pre-sale.
