MrBeast is seeking an Account Director, Strategist, Agency in New York to own the pre-sale phase of agency-sourced integrations within the MrBeast ecosystem. You will translate client briefs into a MrBeast content architecture that withstands agency scrutiny and marketer approval.

You’ll craft pitch decks, KPI models, and pricing frameworks, navigate holding-company dynamics, manage multiple high-priority accounts, and deliver post-campaign insights to empower future wins.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in media-agency integrated marketing strategy.
• Experience with holding-company ecosystems (GroupM, Omnicom, etc.).
• Track record packaging campaigns for agency-sourced clients.
• Media literacy to define MrBeast integrations without production guidance.
• Comfort operating in high-volume, multi-deal environments.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead pre-sale strategies with pitch decks, KPI models, and pricing frameworks.
• Navigate holding-company dynamics and adapt pitches to diverse RFP workflows.
