Job summary

MrBeast is seeking an Account Director, Strategist - Tech B2C to own the pre-sale phase for integrations within the MrBeast ecosystem. You will translate client strategy into sellable concepts, aligning with MrBeast’s creative language and audience, while enabling production teams to execute.

This executive role requires in-office collaboration in New York or remote-enabled work from Los Angeles. You’ll drive high-level strategy, KPI mapping, and pre-sale development, coordinating with VP

Qualifications

• 15+ years of strategic account leadership in media/integrated marketing.
• Direct experience packaging integrated campaigns with top-tier YouTuber, streaming platform, or premium content publisher, or brand-side leadership at a tech firm.
• Track record of KPI-mapping sophistication and measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop the pre-sale deliverable for every integration—including the concept doc, pitch deck, KPI mapping, and measurement architecture.
• Manage the partner content marketing calendar to ensure product launches are packaged around high-impact content moments.
• Translate the client's business objectives into MrBeast content architecture and determine optimal asset placement.
• Lead KPI-to-asset mapping aligning client goals with MrBeast assets.
• Collaborate with the Creative Lead on feasibility, production complexity, and brand fit.
• Lead the concept-to-close cycle from first client conversation to signed IO.
• Handoff to Activation and stay consultative through production, without owning execution.
• Incorporate learnings from activations to improve future cycles.
